Recommendations

Bring the equipment you’ll be using on your expeditions (touring skis, snowshoes, hoc skis, etc.).

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please note that temperatures can be very cold and variable. Therefore, bring layers of clothing that you can adjust, from functional T-shirts to fleece or wool mid-layers, a down jacket, GORE-TEX jacket, softshell pants, GORE-TEX pants, a hat, a pair of thin, warm gloves, and a spare pair of gloves.

Bring a charged headlamp and a 30-liter backpack.

Sun protection (sunglasses, high-protection sun cream, lip stick), enough food for the duration of the clinic, and water (at least 2 liters) for a full day in the mountains. It’s also nice to have a hot drink in a YETI thermos.

If you have a pulka, bring it with you.

Don’t forget your phone or camera to capture beautiful memories of your experience.
