Heinke Schmitt

Originally, she hails from Germany. Her passion for the mountains, however, has led her around the globe. In her quest for ice, she has climbed in the Rockies, Canada, and the far North of Norway, as well as in the Alps in France, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. Now, she calls the beautiful Aosta valley in Italy her home. The flanks of the Monte Bianco allow her to follow her All Mountain love, may it be ice-climbing, ski touring, alpine climbing, or climbing the golden granite on the Satellites of the Monte Bianco. For her, it is the perfect terrain to train, play, and guide.
