This course is designed for ice climbers who want to improve their technique and performance. In this one-day course, Stas Beskin shares his expertise gained from years of ice climbing and gives personalized advice to help participants achieve their goals. He covers topics such as climbing strategy, movement, breathing and mindset, ensuring that each participant understands how to apply them in real ice climbing situations.

The focus is on individual skill development, with personalized observation for each participant, allowing each to work on their strengths and weaknesses. The course is led by Stas Beskin himself, which guarantees a high quality training experience with an experienced and passionate teacher.

All in all, this course is a unique opportunity for ice climbers to improve their skills under the guidance of one of the most experienced and respected climbers in the industry. Participants can expect to learn in depth and significantly improve their ice climbing technique in a single day.

Participants will need to bring: ice axes, harness, helmet, boots and crampons.
