Participants must be self-sufficient in multi-pitch ice climbing.

Please note that temperatures can be very cold and changeable. Therefore, bring layers of clothing you can adjust, from functional T-shirts to fleece or wool mid-layers, a down jacket, GORE-TEX jacket, softshell pants, GORE-TEX pants, a hat, a pair of thin, warm gloves and a spare pair of gloves.

Crampons compatible with mountaineering boots, technical ice climbing crampons, climbing harness, climbing helmet, 2 ice climbing ice axes (can be borrowed from our partners in our shop), 2 screw-in carabiners, a Reverso-type belay system or similar, a dynamic lanyard, a charged headlamp and a rucksack of approx. 30 L.

Sun protection (sunglasses, high-protection sun cream, lip stick), enough food for the duration of the clinic and water (at least 2 liters) for a full day on the mountain.” It’s also nice to have a hot beverage in a YETI thermos.
