Program

Activities offered in the context of COVID-19 and schedule

This year, the COVID-19 situation makes organizing events more difficult. Many events decide to cancel due to the pandemic.

We opted for a less extreme solution by deciding to organize a “digital” edition of Festiglace 2021.

On the program for this special edition:

  • More than 15 interviews with renowned athletes,
  • Internationally renowned speakers,
  • Several clinics and tutorial videos,
  • Prize draws and door prizes,
  • Over 1,000 minutes of exclusive video content,
  • Virtual competition open to everyone until February 15 (in compliance with current health standards) with participation price

  • Best broth competition presented by YETI which allows us to warm up in winter,
  • Competition for the most beautiful photo of the site,
  • Several other participation and small competition prizes,
  • Super jackpot draw from our sponsors.

Virtual Competition

This year, sanitary restrictions do not allow us to organize international competitions. We have therefore opted for a brand new special COVID formula! We invite you to climb anywhere, while respecting the government’s instructions regarding sanitary rules. Here is a link that mentions what is possible and not possible to do. Thank you for respecting the instructions for the good of all.

You have until the 15th February to post your photos

Contest from Feb 1 to Feb 15

In addition to the open access competition, we organize several competitions during the Festiglace.

Contest for the best site photo
We invite you to post your best photos of the wonderful Île-aux-raisins site, whether they were taken this winter or before, due to COVID-19. Please respect the health regulations in force: https://www.quebec.ca/sante/problemes-de-sante/a-z/coronavirus-2019/confinement-du-quebec-covid-19/

Best broth competition presented by YETI
When going outside, it is always pleasant to drink a good tea or a good freshly prepared broth to warm up. When climbing it is THE thing to remember! Show us your craziest recipes that will warm our members and our hearts on a cold day, for a chance to win prizes from our sponsor YETI.

To enter the best broth contest, you must send us your broth recipe on Instagram using #lebouillonyetidufestiglace
